In those Quizno’s commercials the Quizno’s people go around handing out samples of their sandwiches. They ask a guy how much he would pay for that sandwich, he says $8, and he’s pleasantly surprised when he finds out that it’s only $5. I can’t really buy into the commercial because they’re clearly in San Francisco, where everything costs a million bucks. An $8 sandwich in SF is comparable to eating dog doo doo.
